The Phoenix Lights Festival 2019

The Phoenix Lights Festival takes place at The Park At White Horse Pass, located at W. Wild Horse Pass Rd. in Chandler.  The event takes place Friday April 5th and Saturday April 6th.  Those who reserve tickets in advance can pick them up at the Will Call window at 4 PM on either day.  Events are scheduled to start at 5 PM on Friday and Saturday.  Festivity organizers anticipate concerts will extend to 2 AM.  The festival will take place regardless of the weather.  If you are planing on attending this year’s Phoenix Lights Festival, be sure to check out the weather forecast ahead of time so you can don the proper attire.

Artists Playing This Year’s Phoenix Lights Festival 

Artists of all types will be featured at this upcoming Phoenix Lights Festival.  From Vanic to Spencer Brown, Throttle, Sage Armstrong, Sasha, Sikdope, Party Favor, Elephante and beyond, there really is something for everyone.  Additional Phoenix Lights Festival 2019 artists include Excision, Doctor P B2B Cookie Monsta, Dirt Monkey, Arty and Black Caviar. 

Be sure to show up before the concerts start to snag a prime standing/seating position for these amazing acts.  The best part is you don’t have to bring any cash; your positive vibes will be enough assuming you paid ahead of time.  Vendors do not accept cash or cards.  Rather, festival-goers can activate their wristband and add cash at a top-up station to spend on food, drinks, merchandise, etc.

 

A Closer Look at This Year’s Featured Musicians

Elephante is making waves throughout the EDM (electronic dance music) scene.  The  man behind the moniker is named Tim Wu.  Elephante is known for remixes of pop artists and house beats sure to get you moving.  If dubstep is your thing, be sure to check out Dirt Monkey.  This Colorado-based act has earned international acclaim for good reason: his sounds are crisp, mind-bending and full of energy.  Dirt Monkey has worked with some of the industry’s top artists including Party Wave, DMVU, Illenium and Run DMT.

Skidope is sure to rock the crowd with house, trap and additional variations of EDM.  Skidope is one of the most popular club acts in the world.  This phenom spends his days making new beats the in the studio and nights pleasing crowds with catchy rhythms and hypnotic drumbeats.

Check out Excision’s performance at this year’s Phoenix Lights and you will become a part of a frenzy unlike any other.  You will feel the bass rattle through your body and the drumbeats resonate in your bones.  Excision’s earworms will undoubtedly be in your mind days after this epic show.

Lane 8 is the moniker of Daniel Goldstein.  This electronic music producer and DJ was born in America yet currently resides in Leipzig, Germany.  He has made several “Artists to Watch” lists since generating mainstream appeal in 2014.  Give Lane 8 a listen and you will find his music sounds fantastic to those looking for something upbeat as well as those in search of a laid-back groove. 

Information You Need to Enjoy the 5th Annual Phoenix Lights

Aside from fantastic music, this year’s Phoenix Lights also features a couple other niceties of note.  As an example, there will be a journalism and photography contest.  If you are interested in entering, submit your application by March 35.  You can find out more information about this contest by visiting www.relentlessbeats.com.

As noted above, this is a cashless event.  You can pick up your wristband required for entry at the festival’s Will Call window.  Alternatively, the wristband can be shipped directly to you prior to the event.  Guard your wristband closely up to and through the days of the festival as it will be used for purchases after entry.
